Fun, Flirty, Party Eye Tutorial

Who doesn't want to stand out at a party?  This is a fun, flirty eye tutorial that is great for special occasions.  (Like this New Years Eve!!)

Most of the colors used in this amazing eye look is achieved by UD Naked Eyeshadow palette. Below are links for your chance in winning the UD Palette.

The first thing you want to do, if you want your eye makeup to last all night while you are celebrating, is prime your eye.

So, I primed my entire eye area with Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion.

Then, with my Smashbox #3 brush I swept Urban Decay's Virgin eyeshadow in Virgin (nude satin) from my inner tear duct up to my eyebrow.

With, my MAC #239 brush I patted Too Faced Eyeshadow Smoking Jacket (black plum) onto my entire eye lid.

And, with my MAC #217 brush I blended Urban's Decay's Gunmetal eyeshadow (dark grey metallic) into my crease & lower lash line.

With, the same MAC #217 brush, I popped Urban Decay's Creep eyeshadow (black metallic) into my outer corner.

And, I lined my upper lash line & my waterline with MUFE's Aqua Eye Pencil in Black.

Then, lastly I sprayed my Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow brush with MAC's Fix + Spray.  And then dipped my brush into Make Up For Ever's Glitter #4.  Which i patted all over my lid & a little into the crease.  For a more fun flirty look.

Then I curled my eyelashes with the lovely Shiseido Eyeshadow Curler.

Lastly I coated my eye lashes with Benefits Bad Gal Lash Mascara in Black.

Christmas Cranberry Eye Tutorial

This festive eye look is great for the holidays.  And will simply captivate attention.

First, I primed my entire eye area with Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance Primer

Then, using my MAC 275 brush I swept MAC's White Frost eyeshadow, (vivid white shimmer) under my eyebrow & inner tear duct. 

With my MAC 239 brush, I patted Too Faced Eyeshadow Socialite (pink copper) onto my entire eyelid.

And with my MAC 217 brush I applied MAC's Club Eyeshadow (red-brown, green pearl) to my crease & lower lashline.

With the same MAC 217 brush I popped MAC's Carbon eyeshadow (intense black) just to the outer corner of my eye.

Then, I lined my upper lash line with Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Maya (brown).

But, I lined my waterline with MAC's Powerpoint Eyeliner in Tealo (teal).

Using, my amazing Shiseido Eye Curler, I carefully curled my eye lashes.

Then, I coated my lashes in Laura Mercier Full Blown Volume Lash Building Mascara.

Winter Frost Inspired Eye Tutorial

This silvery, sultry, eye look is extremely easy to accomplish and by using minimal products.  It is great for celebrating winter & the holidays that are coming up.

The eyeshadows I used in this eye tutorial are mostly from the Too Faced Smokey Eye Palette.  Which I have a contest going on right now, where you can win the Too Faced Smokey Palette or any TF palette of your choice.

First, I applied Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance to my entire eye area.

Then, I took Shiseido's Eye Cream in Tin (grey shimmer) and applied it to my eyelid, crease & lower lash line with my Bobbi Brown Cream Brush.

And, using with my MAC 239 brush, I patted  Too Faced's Nice Ash (charcoal) on top of where I applied the Shiseido's Tin Eye Cream.

Then, I blended out any harsh lines with my MAC 217 brush. 
With the same 217 brush, I applied Too Faced Smokin Hot Eyeshadow (matte black), to just my outer corner of my eye for depth.

Then, I popped MAC's Vanilla Eyeshadow (white frost) onto my brow bone & inner corner of my eyes, using my MAC 275 brush.

And I lined my top lash line with my Kat Von D Tattoo Eye Liner in Biker (smokey).

But I lined my waterline with Buxom's Insider Liner in Jasper (dark blue grey).

Then I curled my eyelashes with the lovely Shiseido Eyeshadow Curler.

Lastly I coated my eye lashes with Benefits Bad Gal Lash Mascara in Black.

Sultry Purple Eye Tutorial

This is a sexy, sultry, purple eye tutorial.  That is easy to accomplish.

First, I primed my entire eye area with Too Faced Eyeshadow Primer Potion.

Then, using my Smashbox #3 brush I swept MAC's Digit eyeshadow (soft violet) under my brow & inner tear duct.

With, my MAC Fix+ Spray I sprayed my MAC 239 brush and then swept it into my purple eyeshadow of the YSL Pure Chromatics Wet & Dry Eye shadows #6.

Then, I patted YSL purple eyeshadow onto my entire lid & my inner, lower lash line.

And, then I blended MAC's Satin Taupe eyeshadow (Taupe w/silver shimmer) into my crease with my MAC 217 brush.  I also added a little under my outer, lower lash line.

With the same MAC 217 brush I add a pop of MAC's Carbon eyeshadow (intense matte black) just to the outer corner for depth.

And, then I lined my upper lash line & waterline with Buxom's Lashliner Eyeliner in Leatherette.  Using my Smashbox #21 brush.

Using, my amazing Shiseido Eye Curler, I carefully curled my eye lashes.

Lastly, I coated my lashes with Benefits Bad Gal Lash Mascara in Black.

MISS PIGGY INSPIRED EYE TUTORIAL

This wearable eye tutorial is Inspired by the fashionable, curvaceous Miss Piggy!

 I used the limited edition MAC Miss Piggy Pink Eyeshadow.  I would not recommend buying this eyeshadow unless your a fan.  Because of the pigmentation & its hard to work with. 

So, I would recommend just using a similar pink.  But I heart Miss Piggy and have been a fan since childhood and that is why I am doing this eye look. 




First, I primed my entire eye area with Too Faced Insurance Eye Shadow Primer.

Then, I applied Make Up For Ever's Aqua Cream #4 (white shimmer) onto just my eyelid. To make the Miss Piggy's eyeshadow more vivid.

And, then using my MAC 239 brush I patted MAC's Miss Piggy Pink eyeshadow onto MUFE Aqua Cream.  I also added a little to my inner lower lash line. 
With my MAC's 275 brush, I popped MAC's Vanilla Eyeshadow (white) onto my tear duct & under my eyebrow for a highlight.

Then, with my MAC 217 brush, I applied MAC's Silver Ring Eyeshadow (grey with silver sheen) into my crease & outer lower lash line.

And, then I lined my upper lash line & waterline with Kat Von D tattoo liner in biker (smokey).
Then, I carefully curled my eye lashes using my amazing Shiseido Eye Curler.

Lastly, I coated my lashes with Benefits Bad Gal Lash Mascara in Black.

Bronzey Smokey Eye Tutorial Using UD Naked Palette

This bronzey, smokey eye look is achieved using the Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadow Palette.

Now, back to this amazing eye look that would also be great for Thanksgiving.

First, I primed my entire eye area with Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion.

Then, I popped Virgin (nude satin) onto my tear duct & under my eyebrow for a highlight with MAC's 275 brush.

With, my Sigma E25 brush I blended Buck (brown matte) into my crease & up to where Virgin starts.

And, using my MAC 239 brush I patted Smog (golden brown shimmer) onto the inner half of my lid not passing the middle of my lid.  I also applied it to my lower, inner lash line.

Then, using the other side of my MAC 239 brush I put Darkhorse (bronze-plum shimmer) onto my outer lid & up into the crease, and to my lower, outer lash line.

With, my MAC 217 brush i blended out Darkhorse in my crease.  And I blended where Smog & Darkhorse met on my lid.

And, then I lined my upper lash line & waterline with Buxom's Lashliner Eyeliner in Leatherette.

Using, my amazing Shiseido Eye Curler, I carefully curled my eye lashes.


Lastly, I coated my lashes with Benefits Bad Gal Lash Mascara in Black.

Fun, Vibrant, Rainbow Eye Tutorial

This is a fun, vibrant, rainbow eye tutorial that will be sure to grab attention anywhere you go.

All the eye shadows I used are from the Too Faced Sweet Dreams Palette.  But you can dupe them with similar shades that you already have.

First, I primed my entire eye area with Too Faced.

Then to make the eyeshadow even more vivid, I applied Make Up For Ever's Aqua Cream Eyeshadow #4 (white shimmer) to my eyelid & lower lash line.

And I swept Too Faced's In The Buff (matte ivory) under my brow & inner corner of my eyes with Sigma 239 brush.

With my MAC 239 brush I patted Too Faced's Cop A Teal (peacock blue) onto my eyelid not going past the middle of my lid & my inner bottom lash line.

Then I used the other side of my MAC 239 brush to apply Too Faced's Nice Stems! (golden clover) to the middle of my eyelid & the middle of my lower lash line.

Using my clean Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow brush I lightly blended where Cop A Teal & Nice Stems! met.

And with the other side of my Bobbi Brown brush I patted Too Faced's Party Girl (bright violet) onto my end of my lid, into my crease & the end of my lash line.

With my MAC 217 brush I blended out Party Girl in my crease.  And then I blended where Party Girl & Nice Stems! met.

And I lined my upper lash line with Buxom's Lashliner in Leatherette.

But I lined my waterline with MAC's Powerpoint Eyeliner in Tealo (teal).

Using my amazing Shiseido Eye Curler I carefully curled my eye lashes.

Lastly I coated my lashes in LORAC's Special Effects Mascara in Black.

Fall Leaf Inspired Eye Tutorial

The colorful leaves on the trees inspired me to come up with this stunning golden, greenish-brown, Fall eye tutorial.

All the eye shadows I used in this eye look come from the Too Faced Sweet Dreams Palette.

First, I primed my entire eye area with LORAC's Behind The Scenes Eye Primer.

And using my Smashbox #3 brush I swept Too Faced In The Buff (matte ivory) into my inner corners & brow.

Then, with my MAC 217 brush I blended Too Faced Label Whore (metallic brown blue indecentest) into my crease & blending up.

With my Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow brush I patted Too Faced Exotic Color Intense Eyeshadow in Nice Stems! (golden clovers) to half my inner lid and a little into the crease & my inner bottom lash line. 

Then with the clean side of the same Bobbi Brown brush I applied Too Faced's Lovey Dovey (sable brown shimmer) to my outer side of my lid, a little into my crease, and my lower lash line.

And I lined my upper lash line with Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Maya (brown).

But, I lined my waterline with MAC's Powerpoint Eyeliner in Tealo (teal).

Using, my amazing Shiseido Eye Curler, I carefully curled my eye lashes.

Lastly, I coated my lashes with LORAC's Special Effects Mascara in Black.

I used mainly purple colors for my butterfly because purples make my green eyes stand out.  But you can choose any color of your choice or a color that makes your eyes pop.

First, I primed my eyes & face (where you are applying eyeshadow) with MAC's Bare Study Paint Pot (pearl) using my Sigma E25 brush.

With, LORAC's Front Of The Line Pro in black, I outlined my eyebrows & filled them in.   

Using the same LORAC Liner I made my shape.  I brought the top wing to just below my eye & I made my bottom wing outline my cheek.  Then I brought the bottom wing up to where I started to outline my eyebrow.  Repeat on other side.

  * Your shape which can be any shape just make sure it looks even on the other side. And don't worry if your outline isn't perfect or thick. Because we go back at the end to clean it up.

Then, I followed the outline I just made using my Smashbox #3 brush applying MAC's Carbon Eyeshadow (matte intense black).  It does not have to be perfect just make sure to stay in the lines.

With my Sigma 217 blending brush I blended MAC's Push The Edge Eyeshadow Pigment(deep purple) onto the Carbon I just put down.

And, I patted MAC's Violet Eyeshadow Pigment (bright purple) onto my eyelid.  Then I blending it into the MAC's Push The Edge all over with my MAC's 217 brush. 

So the only place that doesn't have eyeshadow on is the apples of your checks.  Which I filled in with Make Up For Ever's Eyeshadow #9 (vibrant matte lavender).

Now that the butterfly is all filled in we are going to go back and add more detail and fix the outline.  So I traced my outline to make it thicker & adding details like adding antenna's. 

     *Your details can be anything you like.  Experiment.

And I lined my upper lashes with LORACS Liner flicking upwards.  Then lining my bottom lashes from my inner corner to where the top wing meets the bottom wing.

Then, I traced the black outline with NYX Glitter Liner #09 (emerald green), which gives it a little something and covers your outline if it wasn't perfect. 

     *You can use any color glitter you want.  I choose green for my eyes & goes great with the purples.

Using, my amazing Shiseido Eye Curler, I carefully curled my eye lashes.

Then, I coated my lashes in LORAC's Special Effects Mascara in Black.
